Belgian designer Julie Kegels, unveiled the second collection of her eponymous brand during Paris Fashion Week “From the Boulevard to the Beach”.
Inspired by the refined sensibilities of the European bourgeoisie and the freewheeling attitude of a real Californian, Kegels’ SS25 collection perfectly integrates elegance with surf culture and was unveiled at a garden pool party in Paris’ gorgeous 16th arrondissement. The Antwerp native honed her craft under the watchful eyes of fashion gurus Walter Van Beirendonck and Dirk Van Saene at the esteemed Royal Academy of Fine Arts’ fashion department. After an internship at Meryll Rogge & Alaïa with Pieter Mulier, Julie Kegels was ready to launch her brand.
