Kimhēkim’s spring/summer 2026 show  ‘ I Feel Love ‘ dives into the playfulness of the brand, displaying their signature heart motifs, pearl details, bow accents, and clean silhouettes that move with ease.

The show was inspired by the energy of K-pop, along with the 1970s spirit of disco. This was seen on the runway through fully sequin garments that allude to a message that resonates at the core of Maison Kimhēkim “Be you, let love shine”.

The collection has a range of garments from evening wear down to athleisure as Kimhēkim unveiled their new sneaker collaboration with ASICS. A pleasantly simple design with the signature heart symbol. The details of the show, from the logo on the socks to the handkerchief hem on shirts and blazers, made it so interesting. There are many layers to pull back on the looks, layers that you may overlook at first glance. For example, the handkerchief hem references the brand’s heart symbol.

As Kimhēkim celebrates its ninth year, we see elements from past collections evolving. Returning from the Obsession series, we saw the hair on garments, sheer fabrics, pearl fringe, and asymmetric designs. Black and white contrasted with each other throughout the show and set, which made the experimental designs work nicely; this is also evident in the brand’s identity. – Maggie Walker Bachelder
