PRESSIAT forged ahead with a collection that refuses to confuse nouvelle with naive. “Requiem” builds on what the brand began in 2021, expanding its universe to define a clear vision.
The show and collection refused to let its audience forget who it was at any point– not just an undeniably emerging presence, but with a name and identity that speaks for itself. Flashing lights and long strides commanded the runway. Purposeful rips and sheer layers, sourced from Nono Source, revealed the body with a bold confidence emblazoned by high necklines and sculptural shoulders.
Drones zipped down the aisles at La Caserne, Europe’s largest incubator for sustainable fashion, surveying the scene as if the models were victors marching across a captured warzone. Anchored in black, the collection unfolded in satin and leather worn like second skin. All aspects underscored the brand’s newfound presence as an undeniable force with a solid identity. – Greer Lippert
