With the renowned Abbey Road Studios, CHARLES JEFFREY LOVERBOY presented its Spring/Summer 2026 collection as a live, unscripted event.

In collaboration with London’s most renowned and inspirational music studio, this campaign is an alchemical blend of fashion, art, and music that pays homage to the creative process. Instead of a catwalk, LOVERBOY brings together the technicolor world’s backstage creatives, artists, musicians, designers, and cool kids for a day of unrestricted mayhem and innovation. The brand’s friends, including viral Tik Tok commenter Lyas, Marni creative director Francesco Risso, supermodel stylists Genesis Webb and Marc Forne, bands Planningtorock, Taahlia, Tom Rasmussen, and Allie X, come together to transform the area into a performance playground.

The title of the collection, Prepared Piano, alludes to John Cage’s method of altering the instrument in the 1940s by adding bolts, rubber, and cutlery, turning it into something unpolished and unpredictably raw. This reasoning is applied to the creation of clothing by LOVERBOY: formal attire is lovingly altered and twisted from its original shape. The force of interruption hums through every article of clothing.
Nothing quite looks (or sounds) the way tradition intended, like a prepared piano.
