After a week of watching the mostly digital Paris Fashion Week, runway shows now look so 2019 and outdated. Fashion film gets rid of the front row, street style, influencers, and hierarchy and allows us to really experience the collection and get to know the vision of the brand. It’s still just a brand, we aren’t necessarily helping people or learning about ourselves, but the escapism and reality are different, and I just might miss the digital presentations in the future. Here are five films that show different ways to communicate on film.
